Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you request a free Quote Recovery Audit or contact us:

• Your name, roofing company name, business email address, business phone number and company website (contact information).
• Anonymised details about old roofing quotations and enquiries (the audit-form information), such as the type of job, approximate quote value, rough date quoted, what happened after the quotation, any reason given for not proceeding, and how many times you followed up.

Please do not share unnecessary customer personal information

For the initial free audit, customer names, customer phone numbers, customer email addresses and exact customer property addresses are not required and should not be submitted. Please provide only anonymised examples. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit does not include personal data you do not have a proper basis to share.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

• Review your old quotations and enquiries and prepare a recovery assessment.
• Contact you about your audit and any proposed recovery approach.
• Provide and improve the TradeWinback service.

How submissions are stored

Audit requests are stored securely within the TradeWinback application environment. Access is restricted to authorised TradeWinback administrators. Audit submissions are not published or shared publicly.

Data retention

We retain audit request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and to respond to your enquiry. Where an audit does not lead to an engagement, we aim to retain the information for a reasonable period and then delete or anonymise it. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to reasonable requests without undue delay.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website (for example, which pages are viewed and which call-to-action buttons are clicked). This uses cookies and similar storage. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company information, audit content or any other personal data to Google Analytics — only behavioural and acquisition data. Analytics storage is denied by default and only begins after you accept via the consent banner. You can decline analytics storage and continue using the site.
